Since I was a little boy I always loved pizza. Growing up in Brooklyn having some of the best pizzas at places like Patsies, Toronto’s and all the other great family pizza places my love and passion for pizza began. My goal was to make nothing but the best pizza I could. With that goal in mind, and in our first year of business, I created the Vodka Pizza, a gourmet pizza unlike any other, that won me the prestigious honor of being Voted America's Best Pizza! At The Jacob Javits Center, New York City International Hotel and Restaurant show.
Throughout the years my staff and family have continued the tradition of creating our own gourmet pizzas that have won us many awards including the "World's Best Pizza" title Several times at the International Pizza Expo. We have also been featured on many TV stations in news papers, magazine articles as well as becoming a local hot spot for politicians, celebrities and local fans.
Today our tradition of quality still holds true. We use only the best ingredients to make our artisan pizza, like fresh mozzarella, imported San Marzano tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil and gourmet sauces cooked from scratch. We cook our pizzas with the old world tradition, in a real wood fired brick oven at 800 degrees that produces a flavor unlike any other.
We also offer great Italian food freshly prepared to order, a nice wine list with homemade sangria and a full bar menu as well.
